At The Beachwaver Co., we want you to love your hair tools and styling products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, to ensure they arrive back to us in good condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
